Suppliers connections

With our supplier connection, you can automatically import and update your wholesale products, so you always have the current stock levels and prices at hand. New products are imported and existing products are updated when necessary. This way you will always have an up to date product catalog. In addition, our connection also ensures that (your new) orders are automatically being exported by e-mail. If you supplier has an API there are also possibilities to export orders using their API.

How does it work?

Our system is able to import xml and csv product feeds from your supplier. Next, we connect the product feed to your shop so that new products can be automatically imported in your webshop and existing products will be updated if necessary. You won’t need to manually add products anymore and you always have an up to date status of your products and stocklevel. We can automatically pass orders to your supplier. During the setup of our connection you can specify your preferences about which processes has to be automated.
Once we have completed the connection, you will receive your own Droplink account. Log in to your Droplink account to view your supplier products and to view the latest orders. In your Droplink account you are also able to make a category selection so you can control which products are imported or not.

Up-to-date product information

The Droplink connection for your online shop automatically imports your wholesale products and keeps them up to date. New products will be imported into your shop, and your stocklevels will be updated automatically. Thus you will always have an up to date product catalog; products that are no longer available will automatically get a stocklevel of zero. 

Automatic order processing

The connection has an order export feature that forwards orders placed in your online shop directly to your wholesaler via e-mail. This way you won’t need to pass on orders yourself, but the connection does the work for you.
